About IJH
iShares Core S&P Mid-Cap ETF is an exchange-traded fund that provides broad exposure to U.S. mid-cap equities. The fund seeks to track the performance of the S&P MidCap 400 Index, which is composed of medium-sized U.S. companies across a wide range of sectors, including industrials, technology, consumer, financial, and healthcare businesses. It uses a physical, full-replication approach, holding essentially all the index constituents to closely mirror index characteristics. The ETF is part of the iShares Core lineup, designed as a foundational building block for diversified equity allocations in multi-asset portfolios. With its focus on mid-cap stocks, iShares Core S&P Mid-Cap ETF targets companies that are typically more established than small caps but more growth-oriented than large caps, offering diversified exposure to the mid-cap segment of the U.S. equity market. Managed by iShares, a BlackRock brand, the fund is domiciled in the United States and is denominated in U.S. dollars.
